HANNAH FOUTS - lead Instructor

Hannah has always loved the art of storytelling. Now, she gets to teach the next generation of authors as a middle-grade fiction instructor for Innovative Learning Press. In fact, she is such an all-around rockstar, we promoted her to lead instructor. Hannah joins our team with experience and training in fiction writing and marketing from the Author Conservatory. When she isn’t teaching, Hannah can be found jotting down new story ideas and plugging away at her latest middle-grade novel.

Rachel Newhouse - Instructor

Rachel Newhouse is an accomplished author with over 18 published titles and more than 14 years of experience in fiction writing and publishing. With over five years as a lecturer and youth ministry leader, Rachel brings a contagious passion for storytelling to her classes, inspiring young writers to explore their creativity. When she doesn't have her nose in a book, Rachel can be found whipping up Asian cuisine, tending to her fiery chili garden (often too spicy to handle!), or adding to her ever-growing collection of stuffed animals. A self-proclaimed glitter enthusiast (consider yourself warned!), she lives in Kansas City, Missouri, with her husband, dogs, and a flock of chickens.
